Barmy Tech – Refund and Cancellation Policy

All Sales Final

Due to the customized nature of our products and services, all sales are final once approval has been given.

Cancellations

Cancellations after an order has been placed are subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus any charges related to work already completed.
Once production begins — including any prep work (digitizing, tag removal, printed tags, cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, etc.) — orders cannot be cancelled.

Garment & Material Defects

Barmy Tech is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as colour inconsistencies, stitching flaws, mislabeled garments, loose threads, small holes, uneven seams, or other production issues originating from the manufacturer.
While we do our best to inspect items as they are decorated, we cannot guarantee every garment or product, and we do not manufacture most apparel items.

Quality Check & Issue Reporting Window

We make every effort to inspect all items before delivery. However, mistakes may occasionally occur. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all items upon receiving them.

You have a 72-hour window from the time your order is received to report any issues.
Claims submitted after 72 hours will not be eligible for reprint, refund, or credit.

Barmy Tech is not responsible for lost revenue, customers, contracts, or additional costs associated with defective items that were not inspected upon arrival.

Reprints for Errors

If any portion of the order is decorated differently from the approved mock-up, Barmy Tech will reprint or remake the affected items at no cost.
All claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.
